Balance Funds
- You can add money to your account for future use.
- Company-issued credits are not refundable.

4. Placing an Order

- Provide specialized sources, if required, within two hours after submitting payment.

To protect against fraud, we may request identity or order confirmation by phone or email. This must be completed within two hours of payment. Delays may affect your delivery timeline.
6. Payments
Full payment is required to begin processing your order. Experts will not be assigned until both payment and instructions are received.
7. Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order before an expert has started working on your task and request a refund. Refunds for completed services are limited and subject to our review.
8. Extending the Deadline
You may extend your deadline. A new timeline will be agreed upon, and any lateness will be judged against this new deadline.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery through email or your account dashboard. Partial refunds are available for late orders based on the new timeline.
10. Third-Party Links & Liability
We may link to third-party websites for your convenience. However, we’re not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or consequences of using these sites.
We are not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of our services or website. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond what is outlined here.
