1. Services We Offer 

Any product or service (e.g., editing & proofreading, grading, marking, etc.) purchased and delivered by the Website is referred to as the “Service/s.”

You certify that You are buying the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use by placing an order and/or completing a payment.

2. Your Responsibilities 

To ensure smooth and timely service, you agree to: 

• Submit clear, complete, and accurate instructions.
• Provide all necessary materials and access details promptly.
• Share accurate contact information and check your messages regularly.
• Respond to our inquiries for clarification when needed.

Failure to do so may result in delays. We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by unclear instructions or lack of communication. 

3. Pricing and Payments 

Fees are based on task complexity and urgency and are shown during the order process. Custom pricing may apply to: 

• Non-standard service requests
• Revisions that significantly differ from the original instructions 

Discounts may be available during promotions. These are optional and cannot be refunded or combined. 

Balance Funds 

• You can add money to your account for future use.
• Company-issued credits are not refundable.
• Personal deposits may be refunded upon request.

4. Placing an Order 

To place an order, you should: 

• Provide detailed instructions and any relevant materials.
• Submit any additional documents promptly after payment (delays may pause the order).
• Provide specialized sources, if required, within two hours after submitting payment.

5. Security & Verification

To protect against fraud, we may request identity or order confirmation by phone or email. This must be completed within two hours of payment. Delays may affect your delivery timeline. 

6. Payments 

Full payment is required to begin processing your order. Experts will not be assigned until both payment and instructions are received. 

7. Order Cancellations & Refunds 

You may cancel an order before an expert has started working on your task and request a refund. Refunds for completed services are limited and subject to our review. 

8. Extending the Deadline 

You may extend your deadline. A new timeline will be agreed upon, and any lateness will be judged against this new deadline. 

9. Satisfaction Guarantee 

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery through email or your account dashboard. Partial refunds are available for late orders based on the new timeline.

10. Third-Party Links & Liability 

We may link to third-party websites for your convenience. However, we’re not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or consequences of using these sites. 

We are not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of our services or website. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond what is outlined here. 

11. Privacy 

Your privacy matters to us. We won’t share your personal information unless required by law or for fraud prevention. Learn more in our Privacy Policy. 

12. Restricted Regions 

Our services are not available to users located in or representing entities from: 

• Russia
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Sudan

By using our services, you confirm that you are not located in any of these jurisdictions.

14. Legal Jurisdiction
